As OKIDA, we have been designing and manufacturing electronic modules for the white goods sector since 1987.
From September 2018 OKIDA became part of the Sabaf Group which is company that produces components for household cooking appliances. Founded in 1950, today it has more than 1000 employees and 5 manufacturering sites in Italy, Brazil, Turkey and China.
OKIDA is looking colleagues for “Embedded Software Engineers” for factory located in Esenyurt/İstanbul.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering,
· Preferablyminimum 1 year experience on Embedded SW design preferably in white goods/automotive/consumer electronics industry or having experience
· Having experience in FMEA, requirements management, project management and problem-solving methodologies
· Knowledge of EMC/EMI tests and hands-on experience is a plus,
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Okida is looking for a Specialist - R&D (Embedded Software) Engineers who will work in our factory which serves to the white goods sector as an electronic sub-industry.
· Will designing embedded SW to control especially white goods electronics, consumer electronics, industrial electronics generally which has LED, LCD TFT displays.
· Developing, maintaining and improving control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of electronic projects,
· Using appropriate tools and test methods to ensure fully functional and robust control software prior to integration into platforms,
· Translating technical/sub-system attribute targets into module/components targets,
· Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.
· Use of various sensors.
· Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (BLE), Sub 1GHz wireless communication usage.
