QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications;
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience,
- Preferably knowledge of rolling stock, experience in railway sector, in particular rolling stock,
- Very good command of written and spoken English,
- Korean language is an asset,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Analytical thinking result and quality - oriented approach, professional judgement & problem-solving ability and good communication skills are required competencies,
- Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams,
- Being able and willing to work in a multi - cultural environment,
- Completed military service for male candidates
- No restriction for travel,
- B Class driving licence and driving actively,
- Residence in İstanbul European side,
Job Descriptions;
- Taking responsibility in project execution phases as a part of Project Management Team in technical and commercial perspective,
- Participating in contractual, commercial and technical negotiations together with the relevant in-house departments.
- Taking role in adaptation of commercial, legal and technical terms of contract with customers and subcontractors,
Supporting and controlling of payment, claim and risk management jointly with the Project Management Team members,
Following-up project/order bank guarantees, receivables and payables
Close cooperation with corporate groups like Design, Manufacturing, Shipment, T&C and Legal Departments,
Actively communicating with customer’s representatives and leading issue solutions,
Actively communicating with South-Korea Headquarter relevant Departments to inform, guide and actively solve all on-site issues.
