QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge of Java technologies, Java 8 is preferred
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MSSql),
• Experience in test driven development (Junit, Mockito).
• Experience in developing business critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE, Web Services, REST, JSON/XML, Servlet containers, JAXRS, Spring, and related technologies.
• Having the desire to work with different cultures with Arçelik’s global partners and subsidiaries on different geographies,
• Having the desire to learn and develop solutions for cutting edge cloud-based software platforms and technologies,
• Proactive and results-oriented approach,
• Teamwork oriented, strong interpersonal skills,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer - E-Commerce Software Development (Java) who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.

• Developing software for Arçelik’s java-based B2C Commerce platform using Spring Boot, Angular, Kubernetes, Git, Azure Dev Ops, and Microservices technologies,
• Managing projects related to B2C sales channels and help grow the business,
• Set up or use DevOps tools & technologies to create high-quality software,
• Designing robust software architectures that will scale and handle heavy traffic load,
• Leading and participating in R&D project for improving and developing new software,
• Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.

The position is located in Sütlüce.
