GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Bachelor’s degree in related engineering disciplines (Preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electric & Electronics, Mechatronics)
- At Least 3 years experience in the implementation of production related projects(Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IOT, MES, SCADA etc.)
- Preferably having application experience for Robotic Process Automation(RPA-UiPath) especially analysis and making the process ready for RPA software phase.
- Knowledge of MS power platform especially Power BI with application experience
- Understanding of data flows and schema, data storage and SQL databases
- Working Experience of manufacturing process and manufacturing principles like Lean Manufacturing (Preferably WCM knowledge)
- Project Leadership experience
- Process thinking, self starter and finisher
- Drive and enthusiasm to achieve tangible results; cooperates with colleagues in order to find solutions/improvements
- Strong communication skills, is able to give and receive feedback on the work, contributions to the group efforts and behavior/attitude within the group.
- Good level of English and able to do literature search.
İş Tanımı
- Manages specific projects and activities within production enviroment
- Implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions. (Machine connections, data analysis, integration to other systems)
- Optimization and digitalization of shopfloor processes in production, production engineering, maintanence and possibly related such as quality and logistics
- Managing the process of transformation projects implementation with IT and 3rd party companies
- Co-operate closely with various Production and Engineering functions
- Managing the activities of researching and adapting good practices to the company. Willing to look for / explore new solutions methods
- Flexibility to travel multiple locations.
- Analyze complex program requirements, identify key phases and workstreams
- Generate management summaries/reports for succesfull progress of all digital transformation projects
- Implement and desing process data collections and generate Power BI reports for instant visibility of key production and engineering processes.
