GENEL NİTELİKLER

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in related engineering disciplines (Preferably in Mechanical Engineering)

  • At Least 5 yearsof production experience in a automative industry

  • Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Working Experience of manufacturing process and manufacturing principles like Lean Manufacturing (Preferably WCM knowledge)

  • Having an ability to use at least one CAD data app (Teamcenter, Solidwork,Proengineer,Creo etc)

  • Experience in New Product Launches

  • Project Leadership experience

  • Self starter and finisher

  • Drive and enthusiasm to achieve tangible results; cooperates with colleagues in order to find solutions/improvements

  • Strong communication skills, is able to give and receive feedback on the work, contributions to the group efforts and behavior/attitude within the group.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manages specific projects and activities within a development program

  • Creates, tracks, and ensures program schedules, manufacturing capex, manufacturing readiness targets

  • Ensures that the GPD is communicated and followed by the project team. Provides feedbacks to the team to improve GPD

  • Ensures proper documentation is completed for each manufacturing deliverables

  • Perform lessons learned reviews on key projects and drives necessary changes

  • Ensure that the new product introductions meet the criteria for manufacturability

  • Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for all new products, using advanced engineering techniques such as DFM / DFA(Design for Manufacturability and Assembly)

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for the timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems

  • Co-operate closely with various Platform and Engineering functions

  • Develop and implement manufacturing flows, work station layouts and organization, and station controls, which optimize value added operations, operating costs, and product / process quality
