- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Eletrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),

- Konwledge and experience of ISO-9001:2015 managament
- Outside the box thinking ability,

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer Production (Electrical & Electronics) who will join our team at the WAT Motor - Production & Supplier Development Tribe.
- Leading production teams to achieve production tragets
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic knowledge is a plus
- Having experience in electrical test applications
- EC 61010-1 standart knowledge and experience is a plus
- Having experience in robotics, PLC automation programming is a plus
- Experience in automotive industry and prefferably knowledge in IATF 16949
- Be a member of new product and new investment projects leaded in Agile culture
- Be a part of agile transformation in production with innovative and creative involvement.
- To lead 5s and Occupational Safety improvements
- Be a part of production traceability projects with IT
- To perform cost efficiency projects both related to products and processes
- to have willing and enthusiasm to change and improve the environment she/he is in
The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.
