QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. is a plus),
- Having knowladge in household or similar electrical appliances,
- Strong knowledge of Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics,
- Having Thermal System background such as Thermodynamics and/or Fluid Dynamics,
- Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics is a plus,
- Having experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Having experience in analysis softwares for fluid dynamics & thermodynamics (especially Ansys Fluent)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Chinese is a plus),
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

The position is located in Bolu.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D (Design & Components) who will be working for Cooking Appliances Plant.
- Being responsible for the execution of the design and development of electrical components ( gas valve, gas burner, heaters, steam generators, hot plates ) Air circullation systems (hot air flow and cooling systems)
- Perfoming reliability, test and verifications for new components.
- Being responsible for aspects of their assigned products, including design, generation of test procedures, generation of test reports for customer review, troubleshooting failures, as well as manufacturing, quality, and purchasing support, ,
- Collaborating with sourcing team to strategically source parts matched with supplier competencies,
- Developing and maintaining supplier audit system to meet product and business requirements,
- Generating component and assembly designs based on customer and internal specifications,
- Supporting prototype, pilot, and mass production activities at domestic and international vendors,
- Analyzing supplier quality & delivery metrics to identify trends and pinpoint systemic performance gaps and root causes,
- Recommending technical product improvements to reduce risk and potential defect opportunities,
- Generating and validating Acceptance Test Procedures,
- Developing of purchase specifications/requirements,
- Providing manufacturing, purchasing, and quality support.
