QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 'Engineering Assistant Manager' for our Turkey Plant, will take a role in production engineering department with the qualifications below;
- Responsible for planning and execution of assembly process, assembly facility, internal logistics, manpower, layout, statutory and safety systems for planning and managing manufacturing of assembly facilities of tractor assembly process.
- Co-ordination with overseas mother plant for process and systems standardisation and execution
- Process planning & facility planning of tractor assemblyTools / fixture design & layout design for tractor assembly facilitiesIndustrial engineering activities including capacity planning through cycle time study, method study, line balancing, material flow and information flow systems
- Continuously monitor the assembly processes and facilities initiate actions to improve quality, productivity and safety
- Hands on experience in preparing, updating and validating the process documents for APQP process
- Hands on experience working in AutoCAD & Pro-E Experience in PLM & ERP systems to make use of WINDCHILL and SAP
- Knowledge in Measurement System Analysis (MSA), FMEA, Geometrical dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) , Process capability, drawing study for assembly facilities planning and execution
- Coordination with R&D, Quality, Production and enabling departments for new product introduction and Engineering change management.Knowledge in project management and risk mitigations
- Identification of suppliers, negotiation, procurement and installation and commissioning for assembly infrastructure
