QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Design Center organization and documentation tracking and provide direct contact with the state
- Design Center organization performance tracking and reporting monthly
- Controlling the engineering processes and documentation, report if necessary
- Documenting and tracking engineering progress according to quality directives
- Preparation of the department for audits including risk assessments
- Close cooperation with lead engineering departments for engineering process standardization
- Preparation of the department presentations with high quality
- Engineering processes and competence management platform improvement
- Leading international and interdisciplinary project teams for engineering process improvements (design, purchasing, customer, production, layout, sample shop, series preparation etc.)
- Escalate decision needs beyond project management plan to review board.
- Leading Lessons Learned & Knowledge Management tools & pools and provide continues improvement for the processes
- Supporting the engineering team for product and process quality processes
- Tracking the global design process trends , fairs , training related to engineering activities and report if necessary
Qualifications
- BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge about project management tools like Microsoft office software, MS Project, etc.
- SAP: good knowledge
- Very good English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is preferred.
- Working (2-3 years experience) in similar position/tasks and/or educational experience in technical project management
- Knowledge about product and production quality processes
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.
- Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.
