The candidate will be responsible for performing customer requests and transactions received in English, on a 24/7 basis and uninterruptedly by our high-quality service providing Call Centre through miscellaneous communication platforms (telephone, fastPay, MobilDeniz, Skype, etc.), as well as contributing to sales activities to enhance our bank’s profitability.
