GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for outstanding English Teacher (Native Speaker) candidates for the 2022-2023 academic year.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
To implement the English instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
To fully understand, embrace and implement Üsküdar SEV’s mission, vision, goals, and motto as the drivers for the student learning objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Valid teaching certification in the subject to be taught
· BA in English /M.Ed. degree or equivalent
· A minimum of four years of teaching experience in the field of certification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge in current instructional methodologies, program development and evaluation, differentiated instruction and student assessment
· Experience with and desire to work in a bilingual / multicultural environment
· Well-rounded ability to provide quality instruction in all areas of the English language arts with a special emphasis on reading and writing literacy, literature, speaking and use of language.
· Proven experience at developing and maintaining meaningful extra/co-curricular activities
· Previous overseas teaching experience
· Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching with high standards, application of differentiated learning with an international and multicultural perspective.

· Genuine team player with strong organizational and technology skills
· Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
· Ability to motivate and inspire
· Energetic, outgoing, warm and friendly person who enjoys the company of others and is socially adept
· Demonstrated commitment to and genuine interest in the mentoring of students, pastoral care and all areas related to child protection
· Sense of responsibility for the health, safety and well-being of students
· On-going love of learning and all developments in international education
