QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree (bachelor's / master's degree preferably in International Relations, European Studies)
· Very good command of English language,
· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant position or no previous experience as full training will be provided,
· Proficient in MS Office tools,
· Preferably good knowledge of Adobe design and Canva programs,
· Effective communication and teamwork skills,
· Strong planning, organisational and reporting skills,
· Effective presentation and representation skills and high level of self-motivation,
· Candidates must be willing to travel as needed,
· Male candidates are required to have completed their military service,
· Candidates will be employed at the University’s Mahmutbey Campus.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage processes for outgoing and incoming students, faculty, and staff as part of Erasmus and Bilateral Exchange Programmes.
- Assist the team with communication and coordination with the University’s partner institutions in Erasmus and other exchange programmes.
- Perform the registration processes of incoming Erasmus students. Record the faculty board/senate decisions regarding outgoing students in the system and forward their course selections to the relevant faculty.
- Assist the team with the preparation of reports requested by the Turkish National Agency for the Erasmus Mobility Programme,
- Prepare orientations for foreign students and incoming Erasmus and other Exchange students. Periodically promote these orientations.
- Provide support to students participating in the mobility during the exchange period, prepare and follow up the necessary documentation.
- Organise national/international events and represent Altınbaş University on national/international platforms.
