Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, (Çatalca) in our factory with the following qualifications to assign the “ERP Software Support Specialist” we are looking for.
Key responsibilities:
Support Sana (ERP Software name) users and provide Issue based resolution for Sana users’ problems and challenges.
Troubleshooting and resolving the Sana users queries through Support requests, Calls, and Emails.
Understanding business process & Sana software solutions which is to be implemented.
Provide necessary Sana functional training for users.
Provide extensive training to new recruits as and when required.
Channel request for software feature changes according to users’ needs.
Create user manual and training resources.
Other activities in consultation with the Resource management.
Job qualifications:
- Graduated from Information Technology or related field.
- Very good English level (interview will be conducted in English).Knowledge of German is also an advantage.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Business ERP Software Implementation, User-training, Report Development, Functional Support.
Knowledge of ERP subsystems would be desirable.
Strong communicator, open, authentic, credible, respectful, appreciative, honest, company and team oriented.
