QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a small, but a dynamic company, eager to excel in every field of our operation to become one of the best trusted source for worldwide clients. We are looking for an ERP specialist to join our team who will ensure the ERP software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible and develop solutions for any shortcomings. The designated person will assess the company’s business requirements and software needs for many areas, including employee training, business processes, CRM and employee communication, and ensure that any new solutions devised are time-and-cost-effective.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Examining the current system to pinpoint strengths and weakness,
  
• Configuration the system and if necessary, redoing the data migration and setting up from scratch,
  
• Optimizing the system for easy use, and educating collegues in its functions,
  
• Being responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing for bugs,
  
• Improving the company process and procedures in overall operation;
  
• Reporting on daily basis to General Manager.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having the desire to be part of the company growth by using ERP/CRM skills to run the operation efficiently to potentially advance to managerial positions,
  
• Experience in working in an ERP environment is a must, CRM is a plus,
  
• BS degree in industrial engineering or business administration is essential, MS is a plus,
  
• Advance level of English is a must. Other language skills are a plus,
  
• Real team player with strong written/verbal communication skills,
  
• Have the ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills,
  
• Have the ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines,
  
• Highly self-motivated for accomplishing new projects and targets,
  
• High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
  
• A can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges,
  
• Social and outgoing personality who is capable of working with colleagues and business partners as well as with international clients.
