Marm Assistance is seeking Executive Assistant with the following qualifications;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs,
  • Have ability to calendar management,
  • Knowledge of scheduling / hosting Virtual Meeting,
  • Excellent Organization and communication skills,
  • Stress tolerance, pro-active, self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, willing to take responsibility.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assists the CEO in the daily operation which includes: prioritizing projects, managing calendar, arranging travels, conducting follow-ups on necessary issues and items, and/or performing other related activities,
  • Prepares reports, presentations and searching specific subjects under Executives’ requests,
  • Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managing database systems operations, answering phone calls, and taking messages,
  • Responsible for communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date,
  • Collaborates with other team members as needed.
