GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree
· Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
· Excellent command of English
· Proficient in MS Office programs,
· Confident in your planning, organization, coordination and time management skills,
· Strong verbal and written communicaton skills,
· Good at follow-up, disciplined, fast, dynamic and practical,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Ensure the internal-external communication and coordination of the General Manager
· Be responsible for domestic and international Turkish/English correspondence,
· Follow the daily work flow and agenda of the executive and provide the necesarry planning,
· Plan meetings and make all necesarry organizations,
· Translate, e-mails reports, presentation etc.
· Provide support for the presentation and reports,
· Attend meetings if necessary to take meeting minutes and do the reporting,
follow up on the signature processes,
· Organizing travels, following hotel reservations, foreign visa procedures,
