Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and similar positions,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Advanced Microsoft Office Programs experience,
- Strong communication and problem solving skills,
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Job Description
- Managing and maintaining executive schedules, including scheduling travel, meetings, appointments and conferences,
- Organizing all domestic and international travels of the Managers , from passport and visa procedures to the follow-up of advance requests and expenses,
- Greeting visitors and determining access to specific individuals,
- Reading and analyzing letters, agendas, memos and specifying significance
- Preparing executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
