QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Suzer Holding is targeting to recruit an Executive Assistant for our Vice Chairman of the Management Board to be based in the headquarter office in İstanbul.


Qualifications

· University degree in Business Administration, or Economics & Administrative Sciences,

· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Turkish and English,

· At least 3 years working experience in a similar role with strong administrative background,

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

· Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, be enthusiastic and have initiative.


Job Description

· Managing and maintaining executive schedules, including scheduling travel (tickets, documentation, visa, etc.), meetings, appointments, and conferences,

· To organise internal meetings, ensuring effective inter-departmental communication.

· Answering and directing calls and taking messages, and to keep the contacts database up to date.

· Greeting visitors and determining access to specific individuals,

· Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence including emails, faxes, and postal mails.

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, and attention to details in all matters pertaining.

· Developing and utilizing historical information; providing retrieval of information,

· Recording meetings discussions and provide minutes,

· Preparing executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
