GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description:

  • Supports the General Mananger to ensure the day to day daily activities run smoothly and provide updates
  • Carrying out verbal and written correspondence, prioritizing and responding as appropriate as a point of contact

  • Coordinating the information flow between General Manager and responsible departments, sharing information, keeping related people up to date on behalf of General Manager in line with the General Manager’s guidence.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, events both internally and externally

  • Organizing domestic and international travels
  • Performing General Manager’s administrative tasks such as expense reports, contact database and giving office support

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of similar work experience
  • Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and hardworking with the ability to juggle various priorities.
  • A positive and helpful attitude with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Discreet, with ability to manage sensitive data in a confidential and appropriate manner.
  • Organised and proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities.
  • Flexible approach to changing circumstances and be prepared to reorder priorities when required at short notice.
  • Up to date MS Office skills and an understanding of some platforms.
