Job Description:
- Supports the General Mananger to ensure the day to day daily activities run smoothly and provide updates
- Carrying out verbal and written correspondence, prioritizing and responding as appropriate as a point of contact
- Coordinating the information flow between General Manager and responsible departments, sharing information, keeping related people up to date on behalf of General Manager in line with the General Manager’s guidence.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, events both internally and externally
- Organizing domestic and international travels
- Performing General Manager’s administrative tasks such as expense reports, contact database and giving office support
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years of similar work experience
- Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and hardworking with the ability to juggle various priorities.
- A positive and helpful attitude with excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Discreet, with ability to manage sensitive data in a confidential and appropriate manner.
- Organised and proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities.
- Flexible approach to changing circumstances and be prepared to reorder priorities when required at short notice.
- Up to date MS Office skills and an understanding of some platforms.
