We are looking for an ‘’ Executive Assistant ‘’ for our firm with following qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree
Min. 5 years of experience performing administrative support functions for senior or executive level management
Detail-oriented and well organized
Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and follow-through skills,
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities; can coordinate complex workloads, handle details, and meet deadlines effectively
Fluent written and verbal English
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing calendar of appointments and tasks
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Plans, coordinates, and executes onsite and offsite meetings and events to include: client meetings, board meetings, staff meetings and more
Coordination among departments and cooperation with other colleagues depending on the department’s needs
