Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a university,
- Having at least 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Stress tolerance, pro-active, self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, willing to take responsibility,
- Excellent organizational skills and disciplined for follow-up,
- Presentable and positive interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the internal and external communication and coordination of the CEO,
- To make the necessary planning by following the daily work flow and agenda of the manager,
- Planning travel, meeting, interview and business processes with effective agenda management,
- Sharing the incoming appointment requests with the manager and taking action in line with the result,
- Attending meetings, keeping the protocols, making the necessary preparations, analyzes and studies for the meetings
- Coordinating information exchange between the departments,
- Creating documents, presentations to support business management in both internal and external affairs.
