Brief Job Description:

  • Achieving company goals by managing all sales, marketing activities in their regions. Some of the main tasks will be as below:
  • Set target markets with Export Manager, by conducting market research & analyzes, developing strategic marketing plans & pricing strategies, annual planning & budgeting, implementing marketing activities and promotion, create brand awareness.
  • Find potential new customers, ultimately create accounts with them that will continue to grow business in the future. In the meantime, keep growing business with the existing clients.
  • Make presentations on products, production and services to existing & prospective export customers. Identify and pro-actively resolve problem areas.
  • Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new customers, present to them and ultimately create accounts with them that will continue to grow business in the future.

Required Skills:

  • Business Administration, Construction, Architecture graduates etc., master degree is a plus,
  • Experienced in Outdoor Living sector is a plus.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in active international sales & marketing
  • No obstacles for travelling abroad and driving
  • Living in Istanbul or willing to relocate to Istanbul
  • Fluently speaking-writing-reading one of the language options (in addition to Turkish) as: “German & English” - “French & English” - “French & Arabic & English” – “Arabic & English”.
  • Effective communication, multi-task management, teamwork, high persuasive skills, ability to take initiative.
