QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an “Export Customer Services Specialist” with following qualifications, to be employed in our office at Çiğli AOSB.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Good command of both written and spoken English and German
- Good command of MS Office applications
- CANIAS ERP knowledge/experience is an important asset
- B-class driver's license, no domestic or international travel restrictions
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and deadlines
- Strong planning, organizing, following up, analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to re-prioritize and work with multi-functional tasks
- Dynamic and cooperative team player
- Sales and marketing vision to obtain 'customers first' philosophy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process ownership of complete export cycle from offers/customer orders to invoice/delivery
- Ensuring complete coordination and information flow between all relevant departments in the supply chain steps undertaken
- Seeking new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities
- Coordination with logistic partners
- Alignment with Finance Department: Overdues, invoicing, etc.
