QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We look for team members to work with us in truck spare parts aftermarket sector and the required qualifications are as follow:
- Being able to speak either SPANISH/ENGLISH, OR FRENCH/ENGLISH, OR RUSSIAN/ENGLISH (Turkish is plus)
- University graduate or undergraduate,
- Experienced in international trade and exportation
- Being able to fulfill the operational tasks and co-ordinate customs officer, forwarders and product planning department
- Being responsible for all the process of his/her task,
- Enthusiastic to go to business trips abroad,
- No travel restriction.
- Strong in personal relations,
- Being able to convince people and make sales to reach the sales targets
- Good in communication,
- Innovative, creative and problem-solving mindset,
- Self-motivated, disiplined and well-organized,
- Being able to work under pressure,
- Ready to work long term in this job,
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible with:
- Analyzing selected markets and understanding their needs,
- Preparing presentations to introduce our products to the potential customers,
- Keep up the relations with the active customers by phone and email,
- Assisting to the international trade fairs and hosting the customers,
- Visiting customers in their home countries and preparing report about the market,
- Dealing with after-sales activities and improving customer satisfaction,
- Adding new customers into relevant market and creating customer portfolio.
- Reporting to the his/her Director regarding all sales operations, competitors’ activities and field operations.
- Dealing with any supportive sales activities necessary for customer relations processes.
