Export Markets Customer Services Associate

What this position is about - Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible for timely preparation of all error free export documents concerning the finished, semi-finished and all other products / goods to be exported. He / She ensures timely shipment of the products and prepares proper customs and customer documents with the purpose of high level of customer service and 100 % on-time shipment and 100 % error free documentation objectives.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to receive the export orders from customers and preparing shipment plans for on-time shipment of the finished and semi-finished products.
  • Responsible for the preparation of export documents for timely and smooth customs operations. Responsible to prepare all other shipping documents for the customers as well.
  • Supports export manager for further customer service requirements.
  • Transforms the information received from planning into weekly shipment plans and daily loading instructions. Maintains a strong collaboration with production planning and warehouse teams.
  • To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar job recommended
  • Excellent English and Turkish
  • MS Office/SAP/Network usage capability
