QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
· Min. 3 years experience of export operations (automotive/trailer experience is a plus),
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
· Being a good team player with strong communication skills,
· Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Organize shipments and follow up deliveries from plants to the destinations,
· Prioritize workloads and adjust shipments, delivery timelines to meet customer requests,
· Providing information to the customers about shipments and documentation,
· Preparing required export documents, sending originals to the customers,
· Follow up export process at customs with customs broker and carriers&shipping lines,
· Communicate with internal departments (logistics, after-sales, production) about operations and documents,
· Execute handling of all related banking process of export,
· Having knowledge of L/C legislation and managing process with finance department,
· Controlling and approving of all related costs incurred in the export and transit operations.
