QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EGESAN is looking for "Export Operations Specialist" having the following qualifications to be employed in our Karaköy office.
Responsible for:
- Making shipment organizations with regards to customer orders.
- Preparing export documents.
- Following up export processes with customs brokers and internal company functions (logistics, customer service, quality).
- Following up shipments, document follow up and sharing with customers
- Handling all related banking process of export.
- Controlling invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding to finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field
- Min. 2 years experience on export operations
- Good command on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experienced in using ERP operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Good team player, strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving capability
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility
- No travel restrictions.
Preferred Candidate
- Years of Experience: More than 2 years of experience
- Level of Education: Bachelor’s(Graduate)
- Military Status: Completed, Exempt
- Languages: English(Reading : Advanced / Writing : Advanced / Speaking : Good)
- Driving License: Class B
