QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualications
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, Business , Administrations or closely related field,
- Min. 2 years experience on export operations
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English ( Additional languages will be considered as a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good team player, strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
- Completed military service (for male Turkish applicants)
Jop Description
- Make shipment organization based on customer orders.
- Preparing export documents.
- Follow up export process with customs broker and internal departments (planning , logistics, quality).
- Follow up shipments with freight Agencies.
- Sending original shipment documents to customers
- Keeping and monitoring system up to date.
- Execute and handling all related banking process of export.
- Controlling all related invoices regarding freight , customs charges etc. and forwarding them to finance department as well.
