QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an "EXPORT SALES ENGINEER" for our company that produces LED lighting luminaires.
Our prerequisites for application are;
- Graduated from related departments of the University,
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Experienced in International Sales and Marketing (Preferably experienced in Electricity and Lighting Industry),
- Experienced in creating policies and strategies that will increase sales in line with market conditions and competitor information,
- Having knowledge of the methodology and current tools used in digital marketing, market research, determining market strategies according to countries and locations, searching for markets, reaching customers
- Ability to scan for potential customers using social and digital tools such as LinkedIn, salesforce
- Having knowledge of Foreign Trade and Customs legislation and following the current legislation,
- Able to manage customer relations and being business and customer oriented,
- Experienced in sales, order/demand management, pricing, quotation preparation and customer management,
- Successful in business follow-up,
- Experienced in reporting, able to use MS Office applications at a very good level,
- Having analytical thinking and strong coordination and organization skills,
- Being disciplined, organized, prone to teamwork,
- Able to manage time and resources effectively,
- No restriction for domestic / international travel,
- Completed military service (for male candidates),
- Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
- Having a driver's license
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carrying out studies on creating new customers and markets and reaching potential customers
- Playing an active role in identifying needs and producing solutions by making customer visits,
- Developing new ideas, suggestions to increase sales and supporting market research
- Making weekly business plan (organizing customer meetings) and evaluations.
- Entry of orders from customers into the system and follow-up of open orders,
- To carry out all processes from order to delivery, customer payments and stock control, in accordance with the process flow,
- Responding to customer demands and expectations regarding after-sales transactions,
- Execution and follow-up of sales processes,
- Ensuring regular entry and updating of customer records, making all data entries to be used in the report to be submitted to the management,
- Reviewing the offers made to customers on a weekly basis,
- To introduce new and existing products and technologies,
- To realize the turnover target status and new target planning,
- To evaluate the turnover target situation,
- Participating in domestic / foreign organizations such as fairs, B2B organizations and contributing to the organization process.
