GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduated generally accepted universities providing education in a foreign language (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
- Having worked incorporate companies with at least 3 years of active international sales and management experience,
- Having management competencies in organization & development of the team,
- Advanced level of written & spoken English,
- Analytical, result-oriented thinking and acting,
- Strong in planning and effective time management,
- Systematic and regular working,
- High negotiation, communication, managerial skills & developed sense of responsibility,
- Presentable, customer-oriented, with problem-solving skills,
- Having high positive energy, motivation, and visionary,
- Preferably familiar with the medical devices market,
- Advanced knowledge of foreign trade legislation,
- No restrictions on domestic and international travels,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Residency or will be able to reside in SAMSUN.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Contributing to the growth and development of the company's turnover,
- Leading & managing the entire sales team in line with company policies and objectives,
- Preparing, implementing, updating action & follow up plans in order to achieve sales targets,
- Carrying out activities, developing strategies for gaining new customers and increasing business volume with the current ones,
- Conducting market analyses both for domestic and international markets,
- Making performance evaluations of employees, ensuring that necessary studies are carried out on training and development,
- Organizing participation in international sectoral fairs and congresses,
- Organizing customer visits and hosting the visiting customers,
- Informing the senior management about the above-described areas of responsibilities with periodic reports.
