QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional Sales team, which is responsible for the acquisition of new customers to expand our internationally dedicated client base. Your team consists of experienced Sales employees and works together with other operational and supportive departments within the organisation to achieve a high level of service for our customers.

So what’s this job role all about?

As Sales Executive you are responsible for selling all products of Özler Group, by gaining new customers and enlarging volumes with existing customers.

Job Description:

Generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets accordinly;

  • Playing an active part in the company’s commercial development and contributing innovative ideas for the development of the business;
  • Establishing close relationships with key customers ensuring that all potential business opportunities are explored;
  • Finding new customers using alternative channels;
  • Resolving customer issues where requested;
  • Submitting thorough sales reports in respect of all customer visits, including identifying all possible business opportunities;
  • Managing the quotation process including pricing levels;
  • Being involved with key projects;
  • Increasing revenue at every opportunity.


Qualifications:

  • At least educated to a Bachelor level (preferably in International Trade);
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking), a second language is a plus;
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ERP programme;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Flexible and immune to stress;
  • Team player.
  • Strong communication and management skills;
  • B class driving license and active driver;
  • Available to travel in Turkey and abroad;
  • Male candidates should have completed the military service;
