QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description;
We are seeking for Export Sales Representative for our organization who will communicate and provide service for our existing and potential customers.
- Informing the customers about our services and new collections.
- Handling existing accounts, preparing offers, obtaining orders by coordinating and reporting to managers.
- Follow up orders by coordinating with production teams and the other counterparts.
- Preparing and proceeding orders properly that are received from the customers by coordinating with planning department.
- Informing production and planning department, if any revision is requested by customers.
- Managing the export procedures in coordination with dispatching department.
- Follow up customers’ payments.
- Contacting the customers regulary to improve business relationships over phone.
- Monitoring weekly sales data and report to the division manager.
- Reporting and dealing with the complaints.
Qualifications;
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in export, sales & marketing
- High level analytical skills, critical thinking.
- Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsiblity.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing and operations teams.
