QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree from Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration Engineering or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
· Aiming for a career in sales
· Advanced level of written and spoken English is a must
· Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· High communication skills and analytical thinking
· Good at time management
· Excellent coordination skills with clients
· Having high level experience in planning and work follow-up
· Suitable for teamwork and result-oriented
· No travel restrictions abroad
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Making overseas customer visits
· Contributing to the fair preparations and participating in the Fair
· Conducting market research,
· Researching on target markets and prepare reports,
· Producing projects to increase sales in target markets,
· Giving offers by determining the target customers of our company's products in foreign markets,
· Using alternative channels to find new customers,
· Gathering information and preparing written reports about competitors and their products in the countries of sale,
· Following the export legislation closely,
· Following the import and tax legislation in the countries of sale,
· Working actively to achieve monthly and annual sales targets,
· Converting pre-shipment orders to delivery
· Preparing offers
· Follow customers’ orders in production to deliver the products on time
· Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments
· Following customer payments
· Determining the needs of the customers
· Following the whole export process from order to shipment,
· Opening customer orders and following up with Production department,
· Informing customers about the order process and status,
· Answering the customer requests received during the day by e-mail and telephone,
· Dealing with the customer's after-sales support requests,
· To keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by analyzing customer needs and problems and developing solutions,
· Reporting to the Management
