QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduated from a Universty,
  • Good command of foreign trade and letter of credit regulations,
  • At least 2 -3 years of experience in export operations,
  • Good command of export - import operations, letter of credit, customs and logistics processes,
  • Fluent English language knowlege, second language is preferred (German or French)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowlege
  • Good human relations and compatible with teamwork,
  • Communication force skills, solution and result oriented, advanced planning and skills,
  • Residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service,



Job Describtion


  • Researching target markets and creating strategies according to market dynamics,
  • Carrying out product target price studies by conducting competitor research and price analysis in the target market,
  • Follow-up of all processes related to offers, contracts, shipments and collections within the scope of Foreign Trade,
  • Carrying out marketing activities in target markets, conducting fair research and organizing participation,
  • Finding customers in export markets in accordance with the strategy determined by the Sales Manager,
  • Developing customer-based sales strategies by obtaining information from customers and making segment-based analyzes,
  • Coordinated work of the Export sales team for the correct, complete and timely production of the received order,
  • Taking actions by identifying the needs and deficiencies of the customers and making the necessary reports in this regard,
  • Ensuring the preparation of periodic reports in line with the demands of the manager to which it is affiliated,
  • To carry out the sales activities that he is responsible for in line with the budget targets,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the market situation in the region, price and sales conditions, potential customers,
  • To work to increase the sales points within the region,
  • Carrying out market researches needed for the sector,
  • Controlling the sales within the region, following up and realizing the collections,
