We are looking for a Export Sales Supervisor for our Sales Department

Qualifications and Competencies

· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant academic disciplines

· Minimum 5 years experience in sales in corporate company structures,

· Fluent in English (writing, speaking and reading skills),

· Experienced in proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.

· Shows leadership, strong initiative, work independently and good team player,

· Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,

· Relationship building at the local, corporate and international levels,

· Strong planning and organizational skills,

· Proactive and results oriented approach,

· Analytical thinking, well-developed presentation, reporting and operational metrics management skills,

· Completed military service for male applicants.

Key-responsibilities

· Employee will be responsible for sales and customer management in Europe region market and concentrating on

strategic accounts coordination,

· We are in search of employee that will be skilled to especially coordinate very good communication with strategic customers,

· Manage sales operations, prepare sales analysis, participate in product development process, make pricing study and profit

analysis,

· Supervise the team of 1-3 emloyee for whole operational process.

· The candidate must be able to understand and evaluate the structure of the market and customers,

· Have strong skills, communication, presentation, negotiation, convincing able to understand and work with technologic

products, work under high stress conditions.

· Coordinate and follow-up whole process of sales,

· Starting from product introduction, taking order, placing into production.. to following-up payments, customer satisfaction

and etc.
