We are looking for an Export Specialist for our Manisa Plant!
You'll be responsible for;
- Communicating effectively with export markets/customers on orders and processes
- Order Management with Markets, Order Creation in the System, Bookings with suppliers and operational arrangements prior to the loading
- Ensuring that finished goods are loaded on time without any mistake, solving the problems that may occur
- Issuing the export operation documents
- Sharing the documents with the markets on time and properly
- Ensuring that customs processes are carried out timely by authorized custom agent
If you're;
- Bachelors or Master Degree (preferably Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or International Relations Departments.
- Having 1-3 years experience in export related positions (the ones who are actively working in this area will be ideal candidates)
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Ms Office (especially Excel)
- Problem solver, team player, ambitious
- Having good time management skills
