QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

D-Resort Göcek offers you newly designed up to international luxury standard with Bed & Breakfast concept. Resort provides to its guests an elegant and luxurious concept with its new 102 comfortable rooms that reveal lush gardens and the splendor of the surrounding mountains, as well as one Presidential suite and 6 Revenue Centers.
We are looking for a proactive and energetic F&B Manager/ Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) who is enthusiastic at service industry and who must have;
- University degree from an accredited university in Tourism, Food Service/Hotel Management, Business Administration
- At least 3-5 years in similar or same role
- Having deluxe hotel experience
- Good command of English
- Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in hotel & F&B operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and guests
- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints
Reporting directly to General Manager, F&B Manager/ Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) will be responsible for;
- Keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and controlling their operation with regards to the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs and the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests
- Organizing the hotel operation to maintain high standards
- Monitor and delegate the operation of all food and beverage outlets and hotel departments
- Responsible for guest satisfaction
- Providing General Manager full support with the hotel operation
- Acting as the point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external guests
