  • Tourism and Hospitality experience
  • Food and Beverage knowledge, Restaurant menus translation, draft and printing, review and implement Menus on regular basis, Restaurant reservations
  • Office works, communicating and coordinating requirements, ensuring Departmental reports, reporting guest’s feedbacks on regular basis
  • Assist in the coordination of organizational and administrative functions
  • Minimum 1 year experience in same position
  • Very good command of Turkish and English
  • Effective communication and human relations skills, team-player, self-motivated, adaptability, influence, interpersonal skills, motivating others, planning/ organization, problem solving and decision making, strategic thinking
  • Capable of working with shifts
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
  • Knowledge of hotel products and services; MICROS, FIDELIO, MS Office Applications, Restaurant Reservation Software, Printing Machines

JOB DESCRIPTION

To help managing the Food & Beverage as a successful department, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed in a courteous and professional manner, managing Food & Beverage office and reservation systems consistent with D-Hotel Maris Standards, through planning, organizing, directing, training and controlling the Food and Beverage administration and office order
