QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Descriptions
· Ensure fabric and/or garment quality during the development and production stage and provide technical solutions to the merchandiser team & customer
· Set up a quality system for fabric suppliers in order to meet company requirements & standards.
· Be part of the commercial decision-making from the technical perspective
· Supporting business team in terms of raw material development, quality according to sustainability strategy of the brand,
· Identifying sustainability risks connected to innovative materials and developing routines and strategies
· Supporting product teams about integrity & traceability routines to ensure the credibility of sustainable products.
· Maintaining close cooperation between the well-known NGOs as Textile Exchange, Canopy and other external stakeholders.
· Regularly contact with fabric suppliers, visit when critical issues arise and there is a need for onsite checking and to provide a solution.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in related disciplines preferred
· Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
· Strong problem solving skills
· Good at Microsoft office programs
· Have a driving licence
· Ability to travel inside & outside of the country
