Job Description
Our factory is in packaging industry which produces films from polymer with extrusion process, which has working 3 shifts x 7 days and which have 95 blue collar, 20 white collar employees, is located in Bozüyük Bilecik.
We are looking for a plant manager who works closely with upper management and plant employees to relay information about changing corporate needs or employee performance reports. Plant Manager’s job is to establish production goals, safety standards and production processes that maximize production activities and to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. He/she may also be responsible for diagnosing equipment problems, making repairs or ordering new equipment as needed.
Plant Manager skills and qualifications
- Adopted and motivated in making root cause analysis, cause and effect relationship on problem solving.
- Knowledge of latest safety laws and regulations
- Practicing and operating with modern production management methods.
- Who has the experience of quality, production and technical departments as an engineer skills.
- Graduated from engineering faculties
- Minimum 5-year experience level in similar position
- Ability to lead a large team
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
