Required Skills
- University degree in Business Management, or any specialization in Food Engineering will be preferred,
- Previous working experience of at least 15 years related at any production facility,
- To have experience and management skills of working with blue-collar personnel,
- Advanced English in speaking, writing, reading and listening,
- Arabic Language knowledge will be preferable.
Job Description
- Maintain communication with blue-collar personnel and make sure the production follows the requirements.
- Working in a good harmony with other department managers.
- Reporting to the top management daily.
- Having no restriction to travel abroad and live in Egypt.
