QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Digital Industries, we are looking for a Factory Automation Tunnel Sales Specialist working with tunnel/metro end customers, municipalities, constructors, as well as System Integrators supplying the Tunnel/Metro industry in the field of automation engineering.
What are my responsibilities?
- Increase Digital Industries market exploitation for assigned Tunnel/Metro end customers and their suppliers for assigned product portfolio.
- Marketing and Pre-sales support for assigned customers in the Tunnel/Metro sector.
- Knowledge of market segments, with focus on potentials, pricing, competitors and applications.
- Conduct marketing activities at customer premises.
- Establish excellent long term customer relations both in technical and procurement management.
- Understand and analyze the customer needs, increase the market share and customer satisfaction.
- Supply creative feedbacks to increase quality of the sales and marketing operations and processes.
- Conception, development, organization, coordination of technical workshops for Digital Industries products.
- Aligned with regulations and company policies.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical / Electronic, Control or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 3 years Proven experience in Sales and Marketing field, preferably in Tunnel/Metro sector.
- Good knowledge and technical understanding in Digital Factory products such as SIMATIC PLC, HMI, Industrial Communication, Motion Control, Drives and Safety Technologies.
- Capable to follow up and detect Digitalization trends in the Tunnel/Metro industry.
- Confident in Sales of Products, Systems and Services.
- Systematic reporting abilities.
- Good presentation and moderation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Intercultural experience preferable.
- Initiative – creativity – analytical skills – ability to make decisions – assertiveness - ability to work in a team – motivation and enthusiasm.
- Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good interpersonal skills.
What else do I need to know?
- No restriction for travelling abroad.
- Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
