QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire an experienced factory manager for our production facility in Arnavutköy/Hadımköy.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering faculties of the universities,
· At least 5 years of management experience as Factory Manager,
· Experienced in process management and process improvement,
· Experienced in implementing a ‘’quality management system’’,
· To be able to maximize the performance of the team,
· Strong management and leadership skills,
· Effective coordination abilities, strong communication skills, good planning skills,
· Dynamic and result oriented personality,
· Able to adapt to intense work tempo,
· Good command of English is a must. (Speaking, Writing, Reading) *First interview includes English speaking part.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Job description:
· Will lead the production, planning and shipping processes,
· Supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly,
· Ensure that all production orders are completed in a timely manner,
· Perform cost calculations in the production process,reduce costs,
· Measure and increase the production performance,
· Measure quality performance of the production parts including machinery and raw materials,
· Evaluate the products continuously in terms of time, effort and return, and create analyzes and statistics,
· Ensure that records related to all production processes under the Factory Manager are kept regularly and on time, check the reliability of the data, analyze the data and determine improvement opportunities,
· Analyze the production capacity and ensure the production facility at full capacity,
