QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from the Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering Departments of reputable universities,
- At least 10 years of experience in the machinery production sector and at least 5 years of experience in the factory manager position,
- Good command of production, planning and quality processes,
- Preferably knowledgeable about TSE EN 15011: 2014,
- Experienced in TPM studies and ERP,
- Experienced in system establishment, internal audit and organizational development processes,
- Fluent in English is must,
- Analytical, solution-oriented, able to take fast action,
- Has leadership qualities,
- Able to use MS Office applications and Netsis at advanced level,
JOB DESCRIPTION- Development of planning, production and quality strategies and plans in line with the company's long and short term goals,
- Establishing, monitoring and reporting TPM applications,
- Ensuring production in accordance with quality, cost and efficiency principles,
- Distribution of duties, authorities and responsibilities related to planning, production and quality processes and monitoring,
- Analysis and reporting of production, quality and planning data,
- Waste time analysis and reduction studies,
- Following the technological developments in the sector and informing the senior managers,
- Preparing of production investment plans and the budgets of his/hers departments,
- Preparing reports on problems encountered in the production, testing and use of products, solving problems and controlling related processes,
- Working in coordination with R&D and Sales & Marketing departments, regarding production processes,
- Establishing control mechanisms for determining and preventing risks that may affect business results,
