Polytropon is a dynamic software development company that specializes exclusively in CAD/CAM and information systems for the textile and clothing industries. With a view of strengthening our team in Turkey, our office in Istanbul-Gunesli is looking to recruit as soon as possible a Fashion CAD Application Specialist
You will be responsible of all aspects of application support and training in 2D and 3D CAD applications for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include
conduct customer training sessions
customer follow up to ensure effective implementations of software applications
evaluate user progress and competence with applications
reporting internally and to customer, about project progress
develop or translate training materials
develop presentation and promotional materials
participate in promotional activities (trade fairs, conferences, seminars) and conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the effective application of our solutions
You will report directly to the CAD team leader in our Istanbul office.
You will communicate with HQ support services and R&D.

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree
Excellent understanding of fashion business and clothing product development and production
At least 4 years experience in a clothing production environment
Strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of CAD systems for pattern making
Excellent command of written and spoken english
Strong organizational, analytical, task management, problem solving and prioritization skills
Strong sense of accountability and ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong professionalism and ability to manage smoothly customer inquiries
Very good business communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work with senior level decision makers
Commercial awareness and ability to think strategically
Energetic and adaptable
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
Flexibility and willingness to travel in Turkey and abroad
- Military obligations, if they apply, must be fulfilled
- Driver's license
