Job description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

· Decide on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design

· Oversee the production process of designs

· Research current fashion trends

· Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments using company softwares

· Ability to create bed and bath patterns for mass production is a plus

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience as Fashion Expert

· Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style

· In-depth knowledge of garment technology

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Good command of English (reading and conversation)

· Willing to travel
