GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a "Field Application Engineer" to join our team.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position,
- BSc. in an Electronic, Electric-Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering discipline, preferably computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering,
- Preferred to knowledge of embedded software development
- General knowledge of embedded operating systems (Linux, VxWorks etc.)
- General knowledge of embedded Linux,
- Understanding of IoT/Industry 4.0 (Router, Gateway, Switch),
- Knowledge of wire / wireless connectivity protocols,
- Positive, proactive attitude to tasks, with a desire to build a career in IoT and digital technologies for a long term.
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments and activities, such as presenting to client / stakeholders,
- Consultative approach, with ability to influence decision-making of stakeholders
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, international team.
- Willingness to travel throughout Türkiye to be on-site with customers where required.
- Has no military obligation,
Job Description;
- Build relationships with Industrial IoT customers and prospects / provide them with technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Support the Sales / Director Manager and Engineers in identifying the most appropriate/optimum solutions for customers after analysing their requirements.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide useful market insights with regular report to the business.
