QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Will visit our foreign companies affiliated to our Istanbul head office frequently and be able to stay there for a long time,
  • Determining the company's go-to-market strategy and business objectives, including the product line.
  • Creating a business plan for product and sales distribution with the Marketing Department.
  • Managing the people and groups it is responsible for,

  • To train the people and groups for which it is responsible, on the necessary issues,
  • Ensures the effective implementation of the determined marketing strategies in the field. By displaying a proactive leadership, it takes responsibility for solving the problems that may occur in the field as soon as possible.
  • Creating the sales and marketing plans of the products within the group in line with the sales targets. In addition, preparing an appropriate action plan for the opportunities that will arise, including issues such as marketing, purchasing planning, operations and R&D.
  • Determination of new products according to the needs in the market, determination of sales and distribution channels and targets in this direction.
  • Planning and following the business plan and achieving the goals.
  • Knowledge of brand management and good sales practices.
  • Establishing and managing the sales team that will create the spirit, determination and culture of work and success in accordance with its structure.
  • Responsible for KPI management and development.
  • Preparing sales evaluation reports regularly and when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate Education (MBA preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Turkey. Working with new products in new markets is a priority.
  • Customer and market experience.
  • Experienced in regional management and leadership,
  • Experience and knowledge in marketing and training,
  • To have information about basic financial statements, Balance Sheet Profit/Loss statement and budget concepts and management. monetary
  • Operational effectiveness
  • Good financial management skills, knowledge of investment costs and returns.
  • Knowledgeable in strategic management and sales management,
  • English as a foreign language is important but not essential.
  • Be prone to computer use, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • No travel restrictions
