QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

· -Assist the operations manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business

· -Support the operation of the Sixt short-term rental fleet, which is run buy mainly regional offices.

· -Follow the purchase and distribution process of the vehicles belonging to the short-term rental fleet

· -Support the preparation of the budget for the short-term rental fleet

· -Good at reporting the results, feel comfortable with the presentations to be made to the top management

· -Provide logistic and systemic support to sales offices all over Turkey and SIXT in global

· -Determinate the new vehicles that will join the short-term rental fleet or the old vehicles that are planned to be removed from the fleet, in accordance with procedures

· -Support ongoing projects and keen on creating new ideas on operations.

· -Managing day-to-day operations.

· -Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

· -Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.

· -Identify ways to improve customer experiences.

· -Interact with suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.

· -Tracking and reporting on operational performance.

· -Maintain policy and procedure documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

· -University degree,

· -Must be able to speak advanced level of English,

· -2+ years of operations or a related field expertise,

· -Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years,

· -Legally authorized to work in Turkey,

· -Must be available to support customers on nights and weekends,

· -Military servise need to be completed for male candidates,

· -Result oriented, eager to learn

· -Project management and leadership experience.

· -Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.

· -Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· -Must have people management and organizational skills.

· -Must have problem-solving and time management skills.

· -Detail-oriented.

· -Fulfill the driver qualifications to use & operate vehicles

· -Being able to obtain and maintain local sales licenses

· -Complete work with a high level of accuracy and embrace challenging situations

· -Use resources to guide your actions, and ask questions if needed to come to the correct solutions
