We are currently looking for a new team member who will work as FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER with the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Universities,
  • Experienced in UPS service and knowledge on power electronics,
  • Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting,
  • Use measuring and mounting tools,
  • Read and analyze electrical and pcb circuit diagrams,
  • Technical orientation,
  • Good knowledge of English and Turkish,
  • Service logic and customer-oriented,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Flexibility and self learning,
  • Be a good team player,
  • Organizational skills, management skills,
  • High standard of professional presence and ethics,
  • Willingness to travel as required,
  • Have knowledge microsoft office programs,
  • Will be able to keep up with the busy work tempo,
  • Comply with flexible working hours,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Complete on-site diagnostics and service calls,
  • Performing preventative maintenance Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of domestic and international UPSs,
  • Understanding the needs of customers and defining overall technical and business solutions,
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships and follow up on customer feedback to achieve high level of customer satisfaction,
  • Giving emergency assistance,
  • Providing technical support for product,
  • Generate problem and resolution reports,
  • Providing technical support to customers,
  • Checking, auditing, correcting and informing the customer relations,
  • Providing off-duty telephone and technical support to customers who will be served 7x24,
  • Implementation of the work in accordance with occupational health and safety rules and regulations,
  • Completing the work in a timely and complete manner to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Compliance with updated service instructions.
